All ready-to-ship orders will be processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Custom and made-to-order items require 3–5 business days for production before shipping. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided via email.
Please note that shipping times may vary based on carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your support and patience as each handmade piece is created and prepared with care.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Keey Stitched It, each piece is thoughtfully handmade with care and attention to detail. Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can review the issue and work toward a resolution.
